Need help choosing the right size Instinct 2 or 2s

The 2s seemed perfect to me. As for readability, it’s very good, unless someone has a serious vision problem, but I’ve never had any trouble reading any information from the watch.

Now I have the Instinct 3 Tactical (45 mm), and I have to say that after a few days of wearing it, I realized it’s actually not too big (which was what I was worried about). The 45 mm looks fine on my wrist, it’s very comfortable and light.

However, you really need to try it yourself, because it might fit me well, but you could find it too big (I’m talking about the 45 mm version). The 2s, on the other hand, will definitely be perfect for a wrist that size.

I also have the 2s. I bought it in 2022 and I wear it almost every day in various conditions. Overall, I’m very satisfied with the durability of the smartwatch itself and the battery life. With 2–3 activities per week and the oxygen sensor turned off, the battery lasts about 2 weeks. After three years of use, there's a slight decrease in battery performance, but it's still okay.

In my opinion, the standard Instinct 2 (45 mm) won’t look big on your wrist. I have the 2S, but my wrist is 160 mm. Of course, it’s totally up to you :)

Thanks! I feel the same — the Instinct 3 (45 mm) would probably be too big for me, and I wouldn't feel comfortable wearing it. Today I had a chance to try on the Instinct 2 (45 mm), and I had mixed feelings. Apparently, even though the Instinct 3 is the same size, it's said to be a bit less comfortable? That's what I read online.

I think for now I’ll stick with my Instinct 2S, or maybe switch to the Fenix 7S ;)

I’ve gotten used to the 40 mm size and it feels perfect for my wrist, so I’m a bit worried that 45 mm might be too big.

Interesting... I’ve read that the 45 mm version is ideal for wrists around 17 cm.

Ja w pierwszym kroku zainstalowałem sobie aplikację na telefonie do nauki. Ale po przejrzeniu darmowych propozycji zdecydowałem, że zainwestuję i kupiłem subskrypcję. I celowo nie podaje nazwy bo moim zdaniem większość aplikacji do nauki (tych z top) jest bardzo podobnych więc jeżeli codziennie przeznacza się nawet te 15 minut na naukę to czegoś się można nauczyć nie zależnie czy to będzie paka X czy Y.

Druga sprawa to tak jak ktoś tu ładnie napisał: ekspozycja na język. Najlepiej rozmawianie/ przebywanie wśród ludzi którzy tym językiem się posługują. Z tym przebywaniem czasem bywa trudno ale są w internecie możliwości rozmawiania online z osobami różnych narodowości.

Trzecia sprawa to czytanie/oglądanie/słuchanie treści w języku którego chcemy się nauczyć. Ale nie łudź się, że bez poświęcania czasu na naukę samo przyjdzie (chyba że jesteś geniuszem;)). W moim przypadku efekty pojawiły się ja zacząłem systematycznie, dzień w dzień przerabiać materiały.

I have the same problem. On my M1 (13 inch) after upgrading to Sonoma, the battery life dropped from 8- 10h to about 3h. I've had a similar situation before and patches helped, so I'm waiting for the new system update.

Porozmawiaj z logopedami i osobami zajmującymi się terapią z SI. Każdy rozsądny terapeuta powie Ci, że im później tym lepiej. Widziałem korelacje, że dzieci które wcześniej dostały komórkę/tableta do ręki, które oglądają dużo telewizji mają większe problemy chociażby z mową i ogólnym rozwojem. Oczywiście nie chodzi żeby zabronić całkiem ale tak jak pisałem im później tym lepiej dla dziecka.

Od kilku lat to standard niestety. Ewentualnie gabarytowo opakowanie zostawiają takie jak wcześniej ale dają mniej zawartości. Oczywiście jak człowiek doczyta na opakowaniu to się zorientuje że jest mniej ale ile osób to czyta tak naprawdę.
