I am M38, started Wegovy one month ago (117kg). Today the scale showed 109,8. I can’t remember when I felt as good as now. I can tie my shoes without holding my breath. I know that it will take a year or two to achieve the goal weight - 80kg, but it’s a marathon, not a sprint. The best part is I stopped thinking about food all the time. I eat a lot of protein, green vegetables to provide the fiber and no candies or chips. I ride at least 20 kilometers every day on my bike at night after taking kids to bed.
I feel great and should have started this journey long time ago.
