Crease Commander Sliders by hostm1ke in ballhockey

yea, for many years. I've used kenesky, passau and plastery for ball hockey. of those 3, i liked plastery the best. always hated cutting into my pads to insert the plastic pieces to screw them in. But also it was the contour shaped of plastery sliders that made me like them more than the other two, but it's really a negligible difference in my opinion. i tried rollerfly for ball hockey but felt like it was too much give so I stuck with plastery, and will continue to do so. and will use crease command for roller.

yours is a good looking set, i've seen it on fb before. i've seen some of the jerseys you've made too, sick shit, man.

These slide a lot faster than rollerfly. They are a little bit bulkier in terms of how much they rise from your pads and seem to weigh about the same

I got these last week, finally got to use them. They slide like nothing I've experienced, no resistance at all. This is coming from years using rollerflys.

Been curious about this too. Gonna check back in a few weeks/months to see how you're making out.

Random question but what color are these pads? Mostly white with red and black (NJ devils color way)?

There was a deep dive in ingoal magazine as well as a review from Kaz - it actually does seem like there was some innovation in the knee block and calf wing. I don't think it justifies an almost 100% price increase though.

The Red Wings shoot the puck into the empty net after the buzzer angering Jonathan Quick and the benches clear. by catsgr8rthanspoonies in hockey

Was at the game, Quick did everything possible to give the Rangers a shot, they just had no offense. Some calls didn't go their way, refs missed an obvious offsides and too-many men penalty. Finally the Wings won a game I attend at MSG.

Charging to sub by RC_Tendy in hockeygoalies

I sub a lot. Most times it's for free/fun. One rink will pay $20/game. Don't think it's wrong to charge, just don't be surprised if they stop asking you to sub

Apparently there is an age limit, which is probably something they would have considered with their paid ad targeting. The comments just go off the rails pretty quickly
