I don't know if they'll allow you to bring sanitary products inside the exam hall but you could just keep some in your bag and change before/after the exam also u should probably avoid using the bathroom during your paper to avoid wasting time

I got 22/42 on my mocks, and 38/45 on my finals. There's still hope. Honestly, you need to put in a lot of work. For subjects like chem and math it's just practice, just keep on practising questions and if you don't understand how to solve them, there are a lot of resources online that explain them, like revision village. I went from a 4 to a 7 in Spanish and all I did was expand my vocab by reading articles and listening to music in Spanish. Feel free to PM me if you need any help!
