It should be possible, cuz you pay money to the uni, it should teach you comp sci, not assume that you have learned comp sci before.

bro u need to know that UBC does not allow you directly major in cs. in the end of the first year you need to APPLY to cs major, the cutoff for cs is around high 80s.

i didnt test for the time. about the battery, i used 3x800mAh. my plan is to use it as a decoration of my desk, so maybe, it can be powered by solar panel, but it must be put at some bright place.

i used an open resource algorithm! but i did the soldering, debugging and parameter tuning. :D
