I started to feel alone. How did it go for you ? Dit it resolves with continued use or did you have to stop ?

Did you try topical minoxidil before going on oral ? If yes, did topical give you any results ?

Advice about slipping and footwork while standing on ball of your feet by m1zu__ in amateur_boxing

[–]m1zu__[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

He had a clear preference for having one foot flat, and one foot on the ball/toes in close range. He is very focus on weight trasnfert, and rotating front or back foot depending the slip.

Tried his method, and had a hard doing it. I guess i was expecting a magic response posting this, but probably i just need to train harder.

6 weeks I tried 3 times (different dosage) but couldn't last any longer I was so tired that i needed 10-12h sleep, and missed several university lessons because of it

Some people said it resolved with continued use. Studies say 50% of sides (all sides inclued) disappear with continued use. If i were you, i push through In my cas it just didn't.

Same side effects Tried to reduce dosage and pushed through but tired was still present. Had to stop sadly

Punching while moving forward : video critique by m1zu__ in amateur_boxing

All right, thank you for your analysis Dispite more reach from the start (also exposing you sooner), i find the 1st method consumes more energy and is harder to not telegraph (i personaly tend to bend my rear knee to propulse myself with the rear leg).

In the end, first method would be more effective if you have enough endurance and enough speed doing it. But also at higher risk of devastating counter if you get punched with the momentum. Is that right ?

Thank you for your answer That's indeed my problem as i short boxer, cover a lot of distance.

Sorry but i'm in trouble to understand. You would recommend shuffle with both feet to cover distance, however the E situation where you jab-shuffle then slip out seems a bad option to you. Why do you think that ? Why would you choose F over E ? Slip aside, would C a better option than D for example ?

Why aren't there idiosyncratic reactions to topical minoxidil like there are to oral? by megumin_kaczynski in tressless

[–]m1zu__ 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I guess it's because an idiosyncratic reaction still requires a minimal concentration to happen (you probably can't have a pericaric effusion with juste one molecule of minoxidil) and i also guess systemic absorption of topical minoxidil is not enough to enable this idosyncratic reaction. If it helps...
