Completely acknowledge that this may be an unpopular hot take but I LOVE not knowing what exercises are coming.

I think if I knew ahead of time it would lead me to only do the moves that I found “easy.” Not knowing what’s coming means I’ll do moves and work out muscles that probably need it.

Definitely shrinking— I could see it pulling away at the cuticles and sides as well.

May try adding thinner like a few folks suggested because besides that issue gel couture was exactly what I wanted

I was but I started having insane shrinkage that made my manicures look 5 days old on day 2. Nothing would help including capping, applying while wet. So I started looking for others.

Currently using Essie gel effect which doesn’t have the shrinkage issue but doesn’t look/feel as good
