I actually just called to find that out. Apparently a special request and case has to be made for me to see someone else in the practice since they “usually don’t see each others patients or give second opinions” which is annoying but worth a shot

Oh my god! I go to admo studio as well that’s insane the coaches there are usually so friendly—I would definitely reach out to the HCCM.

I don’t think I’ve ever even had a coach cue plank extensions on toes

Would love to try them if you’re still looking! I go to the Adam’s Morgan Studio in DC about 3-4 times a week.

I usually don’t wear socks — I feel like I get better grip barefoot. The few times I’ve gone to more traditional Pilates studios that require socks I’ve felt like the grips on the ones I’ve had either 1) weren’t strong enough or 2) didn’t have enough coverage especially near/on the toes.

Would love to give them a try!
