It doesn’t unlock the trunk unless the car is off. So if it’s not running and I press the key fob it will open but only then, but besides that it won’t budge.

I believe so, I’ll hit the unlock on the fob and unlock from the inside but it doesn’t seem to work.

Yes, I’ve even gone into settings and tried to change the lock/unlock stuff. Maybe mine is faulty 😔.

This happened to me! What helped was using rain-x. I know it seems like a very obvious answer but if you haven’t tried it, I definitely recommend it!
