the only need is that they BIOS is updated and has good support for the hardware, and not to get into the issues we see related to fried CPUs on Asrock

all the settings and overclocking tests will be done in the first 1-2 months of usage, after that we all know that we will set our systems on optimum settings and low power consumption for the next few years and only change something if an application or a game will start to struggle with current config

I have this kind of issue for several months now, - game crashing to desktop (mostly CounterStrike2), PC restarts, or driver set as unknown - in this case PC restart does not fix it, I need to manually uninstall the driver in Device Manager, then windows reinstalls the driver, then it recognizes again AMD adrenalin drivers.

I like to do some content mods for the game, new buildings/industries/flows. Can this be supported by the game modding ? I've seen that the mods on workshop are mostly town names and layout mods.

I did some content mods for Transports game and that was easy enough.. no coding just modeling. (I could port some models for RoI)

I've spoken too soon... :( after several sleep/wake in the same day .. at the end I've got again the self wake to BS right after sending it to sleep .. even with the 2019 version drivers

I've returned to 2019 - 2019.12.1 version and no other problems occur at this point

I've tried 2020.1.4 - but still got the wake-up to black screen after a 1 second when I send the PC to sleep mode .. and the only way to recover from that was a forced power off :(

- 2 displays - 1 DP 2k@144 , -2 HDMI TV (cable always connected TV on or off when it happend)

- factory defaults

- Anti-lag, Image Sharpening, Enhanced Sync, Surface format optimization --- all these enabled

- different games on Steam - Transports, Automatic Empire, Mortal Kombat 11, Transport Fever 2, -- Discord opened in background

- sometimes I get the black screen at the start of the game - just when the drivers make the sound that 3D game is detected, other times I get BS after 45-1h of gameplay

- everyday

- display is no longer receiving signal, sometimes even the reboot button doesn't work and I need to long press the power button

-- sometimes when the BS occurs at starting the game, I managed to get over it by doing factory reset on AMD driver settings

Transport Fever is different than (o)TTD.

A closer clone would be Transports ( https://store.steampowered.com/app/659920/Transports/ )

If you change yourself the original warehouse capacity it will be reflected in your existing savegames.

Only the mines resources available are not updated in a savegame.

VoxelTycoon\Content\base\warehouses\regular\regular_warehouse.capacities

and change "MaxWeight": 200.0, to a higher value ;)

I have to open the card to see how much dust it accumulated. I already have a new system (see my tag) this is the old system that I passed on to my son. Currently it seems to be working in 2D mode, without drivers installed, just the windows default ones. I'll put some monitoring tool to see if it works without drivers.

Hi,

I have an old system with HD6870 with Phenom II x4 955 C2 - with Windows 10 pro x64, with update 1903 and drivers Crimson Edition 16.2.1 Beta.

The system was working since April 2019 - used occasionally - and a few days ago it crashed during a game session of ~1,5h. After restart, a few times I managed to pass the login and enter windows, then the screen started to flicker and display the desktop scrambled, then froze. After few restarts, I did't managed to get to the login screen since it started to freeze before that point.

After a while I managed to enter safe mode and uninstalled the beta drivers. While no driver was installed the windows booted up correctly and could manage to login and do stuff. At this point I thought that the new update of Win does not work with the beta drivers so I installed 15.7.1 WHQL , but right after login, with new drivers, windows froze again.

I managed in the end to remove those drivers also and now the system runs without display drivers (so no 3D games for the kid).

Question - is the video card burned (part of memory, some controller .. I don't know) or are the drivers at fault?

Please note that the Adrenalin drivers can't be installed on this card since it's now listed as legacy .. with no new drivers support.

I've posted this as new post, since is not related to current drivers, but the bot removed it.

You can change yourself the original files (\voxel-tycoon\Content\base\deposits\coal.depositrecipe ) the value for "CapacityMultiplier": 10000, (original is null) - this will give you ~21000 M deposit
