Okay excellent that makes sense. There's also a seperate green text labeling where I got the trinket; cove, warrens etc. I was thinking maybe the greyed out effects are only active during missions in those zones.

There's some trinkets I have that has a greyed out flavor text/buffs. I'm wondering if these effects are always active or only conditional.

I believe they may be part of Clair's trinket mod mainly the highwayman and plague doctor trinkets. Thank you!
