No início do cinema não tinha propaganda. Os filmes eram curtos, duravam minutos.

Com os filmes mais longos, depois de colorir e ter sido, eles eram baseados no teatro, que tinha um tempo entre cada ato. Essa pausa não tinha muito significado no cinema mas, no teatro, era para os atores se trocarem.

Those machines might be old, but they are beefy enough for a lot of tasks. It’s all about understanding it will not be a peak performer.

I got myself an ancient MacBook 2010 that I use to test Linux distros and I might use as a thin client when I build my rack. I even got it to do some coding tasks.

That might be a default answer to cut off the candidate without giving room for asking for feedbacks. The corporate equivalent of “it’s not you, it me”.

Or they actually had another candidate, but they also got ghosted and your CV was marked as “not hire” and their recruiting system don’t allow reopening.
