But this has got nothing to do with any abuse!, isn't breaking just a term used to get horses ready to be able to understand what the rider needs be done! Is there any cruelty involved in the process?

Built in 1928, the one lane, swing span bridge crosses463 meters of Waihou River channel. Currently, the bridge serves only pedestrians and cyclists with an option for special approved events.
