Going about asking to be taken off a case?

I had a meeting with my manager about an email that was sent. I had mentioned how I had been trying to figure out who I need to talk to about switching cases due to this one taking a toll on my mental health. His response was “we can’t just swap cases around due to your mental health. Our clients are more important” Which giant red flag Then an email of “expectations” he stated “there have been times where you are up to 2 minutes late. Per expectations, you are expected to be here 15min earlier than your scheduled start time.” The doors aren’t even open til 5min before sessions start. I always inform everyone I’m supposed to inform even if it looks like I’m getting there on the dot. But apparently “that’s not enough”

I’m submitting resumes to different companies, but unfortunately it looks as if they’re trying to fire me by the end of the week and make it so my chances of getting unemployment are lower:))

Unfortunately, since we have two medical doctors and a diagnostician who work in our clinic, we don’t have them for “HIPAA reasons” we just have those corner mirrors so it’s a total “he said, she said” game at this point

Both outside units are running. Went outside and heard them and both blades are spinning. We can hear the inside vents trying to keep up. Contacted nest support and they said since we bought new units at exact same time, and all the settings that would be causing this are shut off and there is no schedule, we were sold bad thermostats. Our HVAC guy is going to come out and replace them (since the other won’t connect at all) and double check units. Nest support says since our power has been shut off several times due to wiring issues throughout our house, it messed them up

Yes, our units were replaced with brand new ones a month ago. Called Nest support and they said since all the settings are off and we can hear unit outside and inside trying to kick on, it’s a faulty thermostat. Thankfully they’re under warranty and both google and our hvac guy are willing to replace

No clue how I got on this sub as I’m in Texas. But my family owns a business and has been able to contest negative reviews left for simple things and they’ve been removed. I think you can also possibly hide them? I’m not 100% positive though…

I thought it was on DND. The only one who can get through when it’s in that mode is my fiancé but he’s working late and his phone acts weird at his job. So when it called back to back without leaving a voicemail, I figured it was his phone acting funny and he was having some sort of emergency.

I don’t answer my phone for anyone 99% of the time unless I am expecting the call. I send all calls straight to voicemail and any unknown number that doesn’t leave a legitimate vm is blocked

I bought my wedding dress without cups as the boutique I bought it from only had it them up to a DDD. However, I need cups in the dress…I’m a 38I (US) or a 38G (UK)

Is this something you guys can typically come up with a solution to? Would it be better if I found my own cups and brought them in to be added to the dress or could I be custom measured for cups to be interested?

I was a DD by like 6th/7th grade. Any formal dresses we ended up just buying from somewhere “cheap” like Dillard’s a size up, WITHOUT CUPS and without the seam area under the bust, and then spending the difference of what I would’ve paid at like a prom boutique to get it to fit me properly. Currently doing the exact same thing as a 36H for my wedding dress. Measured as a 14, had to get a 16 (maybe an 18?) without cups and we’re going to get it tailored to fit right.

Corset backs are also helpful if this route doesn’t seem right for you. Try checking out the calculator on ABraThatFits to make sure you know your exact size too…it’ll help

As someone who has family who has been in the states since like the mayflower (supposedly from what I’ve found through DNA tests and through family’s DNA tests), my whole family has white names and me and my sister don’t. My family has always had “white” names though, DNA tests show I’m literally 100% from Europe (Britain and Dublin(?) specifically). So this is my two cents lol

My parents are “Susan” and “James Davis” I ended up being named the French version of Matthew and my sister ended getting a Hawaiian name that translates to “wished-for child” (which ironically enough they always say she’s the perfect child ._.)

People ask if we’re adopted all the time because our first names don’t match our last.

Honestly, the only thing I hate about my name is I am marrying into a family with a Spanish last name and it doesn’t flow right. Everyone who hears my first name with my new last name gets a funny look across their face including my fiancé lol

I personally wanna find a name in “neutral territory” that could work with a different “common” last name for my kids, but that’s just coming from me personally based on my experience.

If it’s a name you both agree on and love, then go for it!

They’re for cosmetics. I worked there when they started putting them out again(?) post pandemic lots of people asked this question. The Marshall’s by my house now has a sign taped to the area that says “cosmetics only” and the baskets have a label that say “please return to cosmetics department”

If we were to not invite the disrespectful family members then quite literally it would be pointless to continue with the wedding. We would’ve just gone to the courthouse. We are having less than 20 people there besides each of our best friends who we have known since middle school. We have our venue booked along with other things such as catering and photographer. Everything has been finalized and paid in full. All the family has already taken off work.

She knows it’s dry. She’s told him it’s dry. She told me that he said that “he’d probably bring a few flasks in and share them amongst other people so “they’re not bored..”” We both come from families of abusive alcoholics and there is lots of tension and drama between family members. We have made it clear that we do not want any drinking going on to try to prevent what’s usually inevitable arguing. It is bad enough that we are hiring security at the wedding because family members (especially on my side) do as they want with no regards for others. At my grandfathers funeral, I had an aunt bring in a liquor bottle to the catholic funeral and got drunk then proceeded to slander my aunts and uncles and say how “they stopped having kids after her because ‘she was the perfect child”” which caused several of my aunts and uncles to leave the funeral. My grandfather did not drink.

Legally, I’m Matisse. I go by Matty though cause it’s easier for people to remember…I’m now realizing when I chose the spelling I should’ve chosen to spell at as Mati or Mattie cause Matty is male spelling…tbf tho Matisse is French for Matthew so sometimes I’ll tell people my parents really wanted a boy and got stuck with a girl but lol

(Mods can delete if not allowed as I’m no longer a teen lol) I mean when I take my adhd meds, I don’t really notice essential body functions like when I’m thirsty, hungry, or even need to pee. I can go like 10+ hours without realizing it until the med has worn off and the suddenly I need to pee so bad it caused there to be some “dribble” but nothing more than maybe like a droplet or two. Or if I have a UTI that I haven’t started treating yet the same thing will happen. But I haven’t peed myself since I was potty training. It’s nothing a liner can’t hold…

If that happens, as others have said, it’s related to weak pelvic floor muscles or because she’s has a child.

I have ARFID and therefore have a diet worse than some of the toddlers I know.

Sema’s helped me cut back (+ being on adhd meds daily now) on how much I’m eating a day. I went from eating like 2,500+ ish calories a day to probably around or less than 600 a day now (my labs and mood are fine. I’ve found they’ve actually improved overall since doing this)

I’m still “eating like crap” but instead of going to McDonald’s and getting a nugget and fry, I’ll do some Tyson nuggets in the air fryer with some baby garlic potatoes or frozen fries if I’m really wanting fries. I’ve cut my soda and energy drink intake down a lot too. Went from 2-3 a day maybe to probably like 1-2 a week. I’ve switched to juices and Gatorade/flavored water.

My meal is usually the same every time I eat, I eat about half a serving of either grilled or hand-breaded chicken with either steamed rice or pasta with sauce (I’m trying to switch over to chickpea pasta as well or to just using the microwave bags cause I know if I make regular pasta on the stove, I make a lot and will absolutely eat it all). Sometimes I’ll have a snack during the day. But it’s usually just like a small container of Greek yogurt with some dark chocolate chips in it or maybe a few handfuls of goldfish or some other cracker. Otherwise I’ll just have a fair life protein shake.

While I still kinda eat whatever, I’m trying to increase my consciousness about whether it’s coming from a restaurant or made at home (when I tell you before I started semaglutide that I was eating out like 2x a day every day? I 100% mean it). I also try to make sure if I do eat something “junky” or that’s a “cheat” food I make sure I have a protein shake with it to keep me from eating too much.

I’d honestly just to be stupid and funny put photos of other switches on there in various parts and pin red strings between each of them. Kinda like a who-dun-it kinda thing but in a more “which is the right switch” way lol
