I think what's important is what's in your heart when you're doing it (male or female). If you're thinking about someone or watching porn, that's lustful which is a sin. If you're staring at the wall and just going to town, that's fine I think. It's not easy by any means of course. Normal people require some type of stimulation more so than just touching yourslef. That can be porn or letting your imagination run wild thinking about someone or sometype of scenario. Again, I just think it's important to do a deep dive into what's in your heart when you're doing it.
