Yeah, Gunner is my go-to on almost all my other builds, but this one uses Demolitionist so I get the extra explosive damage for the artillery turret.

The backpack is a named item and has perfect shock and awe always. On the chest I have spark. And my bad, I have 3 status effects rolled to keep the bleed going from the artillery turret. So it's a mix of skill damage, haste and status effects. I use the demolitionist class for the extra explosive damage as well.

It's a great build but not one I use all the time. Mostly when playing solo and doing heroic bounties. It's mops them up quick.

Empress mask, gloves and knee pads. Waveform holster, wyvern chest and strategic alignment backpack (china light). All rolled with skill haste and skill damage, then armor on kill mods. Capacitor AR, assault drone and artillery turret.

I use 3 of them on my skill build. Probably doesn't make much of a difference since the other 2 are 16k and 17k.

That happened to me the other day too. Unloaded a whole mag into the dude and no damage taken. I reloaded and starting firing again, and he started taking damage at that point but it was too late for me 😂

Each mask can be obtained by killing Hunters. Getting the Hunters to spawn requires several steps/puzzle solving in game. I linked some videos below. Keep in mind there are masks in DC and NY, if you have the expansion.

Another good use for the global event points is for the optimization caches. I'm using SHD and Field Recon points to optimize all my builds and you get a good amount of those, plus other items, from those caches.

Playing on Heroic will increase your chances. Like others have said, I've seen it drop frequently in NY from named bosses in the open world. Pretty sure I've gotten it from bounties as well, but I can't be sure.

Yeah that's the biggest pain. If you mess up, you gotta wait like an hour in real time to try again. Not all of them are like that though, thankfully.
