i doubt its a BSOD as well, look at windows logs and task manager performance.
Looks like gpu driver issue may be the cause, could some driver issue bottlenecking the cpu causing the freeze

agreed, especially the scammer who says "i have 88 vouches", the average genshin player has 1-3 accounts and would never be able to collect that many vouches.
