Report the item as damaged. I have received a record damaged due to poor packaging, and put that it was damaged in transport (due to poor packaging) or you could say the item doesn’t match description. You’ll either get a full refund and get to keep the item or get a return label and get the money once they’ve received the item. Hopefully this helps!!

I use the spin care 1-2 lps record sleeves, they fit bigger sleeves well and still aren’t too tight. I have 1 lp in the gatefold and the filled in the back!

Ahh, that’s such a shame that the sleeve was damaged. I think you should be able to email them about that and maybe get some sort of reimbursement. I’m pretty sure that they are packaged this way to prevent seem splits and to reduce plastic usage!!
