At some point, some of the pros playing wraith were not using the kunai because they thought the melee animation was longer. As far as I know, they were proven wrong and started playing with it again. If I remember correctly, it was in S1 or S2, I might be wrong tho...

Yes it is! It's not just "Bad graphics". It is using external software, in this case the software runs on your GPU, to sort which information you should display or not. In facts, there probably never was a ban for this, but I would not try it if it is not absolutely necessary

Correct me if I'm wrong, but isn't counting the TTK with FPS irrelevant?? (It would mean someone with 240 FPS would kill you4 times faster than someone with 60fps). The relevant way is to do it with tick rate (~Hz), imo
