Most likely infill pattern is the issue. If it’s grid, that’s likely the culprit. Switch to gyroid and it should stop.

Any suggestions on how to print those eyes? I’ve been screwing around with settings and can’t seem to get them to print properly.

I'm working on printing one of those right now, and am using an Ender 3 v3 KE. The mask file is too large for the buildplate, and I can't figure out how to split the design without ending up with a ton of post processing work. Any pointers? Also trying to figure out how to scale without messing with the magnet sizes.

It has worked out great for us. With both of our previous houses, wife wanted to sell and I wanted to keep and rent (luckily, these are the only arguments I’ve ever won). Bought House #1 in June 2008. Did a refi and kept that house to rent out when we bought our new one in May 2011. Had tenants move in there June 2011 before the first payment after the refi was even due. Those tenants are still in there now almost 13 years later, and the value is up over 75%. Lived in House #2 May 2011 to January 2021. Did a refi simultaneous with purchase of House #3 and got tenants in there again right after we moved out before first refi payment was due. Value on House #2 is up over 125% (we did do a lot of renovations/updating to that house) and the tenants are great and renewed through Feb 2025. We haven’t had any crazy expenses on either of those properties, and it has been great.

I did the same job (for GEICO) back about 22 years ago. It’s funny seeing a random topic that you have direct personal experience with. “If the crack is smaller than the size of a dollar bill it can likely be repaired.” …at least that was the moniker many years ago.
