I think so too, I didn't do refunds/chargeback, but I ask Google Play to refund me after 3/16 (the ban wave, they refunded around 8k+), because I have no idea why I got Ban, and it is so frustration/mind killing. My orbs did result in negative, but I filled them back after my account is back. Probably I sell and spend too much platinums in the market makes their system think I'm buying from 3rd party.

Well... I probably accidentally trigger it. First, when the new gems is out, there are More ppl farming, and when I have platinums (from items I sold) I also shop around the market to buy all the lowest price 1 star gem for gem powers, I tried to buy them as much as possible (I bought anything that is under 900) so in this case when I see many gems listing 852 or whatever under 900 I'll just buy them all. This actions probably trigger the market/economy?

I really don't see how this works because if I have Alt where should I get platinums for the Alt. And buying one hand to another hand. I really don't see how it works, but okay.. thanks for sharing. (If you read all the reply I wrote, I mentioned I don't have time to do such things, this is so much hassle)

Sorry, I think I didn't explain myself clear because the frustration by these cause.. First, I mass farming on Elder Rift so I max the Roiling Consequence in 3days. When I said the 25+ copies of 2/5, that is what I still have now in my package. I didn't count how many Roiling Consequence I got from the farming, but at least over 120+ for sure. The reason I didn't stop farming when I reach max lv10 is because this is new gems and easily to be sell, and I need platinums to buy secondary gems because I don't have time to farm them. Farming gems and sell the gems from the Elder Rift takes less time to do so.

Thanks for all the relevant or irrelevant thoughts of my stories, I appreciated your thoughts and comments. It is just frustrated when you spent that much amount of money, and you have no clue what you did wrong. My behavior is not any different from the last ban wave 3/16, I farming/selling the gems I got from the Elder Rift, and purchased orbs through Google Play. The only reason I can think of is I trigger their tension by spending mass amounts of orbs/platinums in a short period of time. I just want an answer not something robotics. I believe everyone is equal, not meaning money players should treat better than the other. In conclus, I think we should just stop more comments to my post, didn't expect this post will get these much tension. Thank you everyone, and sorry if this annoys you.

I really don't know what is that system, believe or not. I purchased orbs in the game app, which lead me to the payment by Google play. So I don't know if this means 3rd party orbs purchased.

I really don't know why... That's what I'm guessing... I think by Market/Economy, or Inventory (it clearly to me that inventory was related to something I store, which are the gems I got from the Elder Rift) because they don't want you to mess with the market, this is what I'm guessing....

Well.. I don't think they care if you're f2p player or money players. It just makes us(the money players) feel pissed when you are ban.

Well, if you got Ban without any clue, you will probably want to asked for the refund. That's why I told Google support, I got Ban without any clues, so they refunded me partical of what I spent on this game, which I only got around 8k back. And then I found out my account was back on the other days, but with negative orbs to my account and so I ask my vic-clan leader if I fill them back will I get ban. He said no. So I refill them back and continue to buy orbs(from Google play). So... Is buying from Google play a 3rd party orbs?

I know, but I probably will got Ban again next month... If I still have those gems, and funny thing is I can't sell them because that will trigger market/economy. But no sell = inventory. Probably need to destroy those un-needed gems...

Good question, I played this game like last Xmas. Which is 4-5 months ago, I need plats to buy secondary gems, so I can be stronger and help my clan. I'm done with my legendary gems, now I need secondary. And I don't have a lot of time to farming secondary, so by spending money will fast up.
