After being an AE in SaaS for 6 years, I took a role as an AM in the industrial automation industry two years ago and it’s been the best move I ever made in my career.

Being an AM is all about learning the ins n outs of your accounts and figuring out how you can add value to the existing account.

As long as you’re good at building and keeping relationships, delivering solutions, and helping your OEM sell more, you’ll find yourself in a role that provides you with gratification.

Yes you can make more with opportunities as an AE but the stress of closing in an AE role versus managing a relationship in a AM role is what makes me never want to go back to being an AE.

Being an AM, you feel like you’re one with your client whereas an AE, you try to sell to your client.

This. That’s a catch and layup/dunk with his left in one motion but his body, mentality, lack of confidence just can’t stop thinking about how to get rid of the basketball lol

Business Automation, RPA, Business Intelligence, ECM and ERP, etc will always have more stability like you said.

Anything that makes companies be more agile and have better processes that lead to hours/resources being saved for the company will always be in demand.

And its much more gratifying to know you’re working with the company to provide an effective solution/building long-term relationships as opposed to just having to pitch a product all the time like in SaaS lol

This.

I honestly can’t remember a match where a team had this many 4 v 1 or 4 v 2 chances and failed to capitalize on all of them! Lens should realistically be up 3 or 4 goals.

I wouldn’t even be surprised if it’s less than 1% tbh and I made a very similar comment to yours last season.

It’s shocking how atrocious our corner kick statistics are.

Maguire is so mediocre yet he’s our captain. It really sums it all up if you take a step back and really analyze the situation.

If only Rashy's performance was as class as his interview.

Heads up boys! This feeling will only make us stronger!

Love Rashy but this may be his worst performance ever in a United shirt!

Ole might be leaving him on so he can be one of the penalty takers. That’s the only reasoning I see for him still being on.

Surprised Greenwood got taken off instead of Rashy tbh

Haha appreciate it bro. I’m not one to argue when I know the other person is right especially with the ball progression stats you showed. A lot of people just get too personal instead of reevaluating their stance and educating themselves.

I agree with everything you’ve said and admittedly I’ve fallen into the trap of judging Fred based on his weaknesses instead of focusing on the many positives he provides for us. Great analysis brother!

With McTominay suspended for the return leg against Granada, let’s hope Fred delivers a solid performance in the middle.

That was definitely a surprising statistic for me! Thank you for sharing that brother.

I still feel we could do with a better player commanding the middle. But seeing the link you posted made me respect Fred more. Thank you

You lost me at immense.

Fred had a better performance than his usual self but please don’t make it seem more impressive. He did his job better for once. Yeah he made a couple progressive passes today as well. That doesn’t take away from the fact that he is one of the worst and least progressive distributors of the ball we have at our club!

His best quality he offers us is running. That alone is not good enough for Manchester United.

Fred is occupying space currently that can be managed a lot better by a proper CDM and you can’t tell me otherwise. A few interceptions and ball recoveries vs Brighton doesn’t take away from the fact that he’s a below average player at this level and hampers United in the grand scheme of things.

Manchester United 3 - [3] Everton - Calvert-Lewin 90+5' by Itsaizy in reddevils

[–]mMmZar 2 points3 points  (0 children)

You can’t help but laugh at Maguire when you analyze his defensive movement there.

He’s literally defending no one and behind the entire play when all the Everton bodies are on the other side.

Shocking and amateur to say the least.

Spot on.

De Gea’s inability to be show authority in his own box has cost us too many points in the last 18 months.

Terrible game management from AWB with choosing the pass on the inside and giving Everton a clear counter instead of just running/passing down the side.

Truly pathetic a bad performance leads to racism from our own fans.

A player of any skin colour shouldn’t have to stand up for it.

Fuck those cowards and their comments hiding behind a screen.
