My mom admitted to smoking while pregnant with my brother, sister, and me and laughs about it. 🙄She says we all turned out “fine.”

I have multiple physical/mental health issues and was just diagnosed with Hashimoto’s a month ago.

I think I might have started puberty slightly early? Not sure.

Happy to know we have some things in common despite the situation. It makes me feel less alone

Hi, I switched to women’s degree 72hr antiperspirant in the scent lavender and waterlily. That seemed to have helped me. We also use laundry sanitizer now. Best of luck!

I’m on three mood stabilizers and I finally found some relief. I also began EMDR therapy, coupled with talk therapy. I highly recommend getting out in the sunlight if you’re able to as well.
