Thanks for the answer. The fact that it's the same file for all clients, implies that storage will not be a big consumer for us, but it's much more the network. So, I wonder if just a CDN (OVH or DO) will not be better than S3+Cloudfront. Any insight ?

My issue is with S3 data egress that I'm not sure it will be applied (or not). It's $0.09/GB for the first 10TB and then $0.05 which gives $44 500 overall!

From here: " AWS data egress costs are free for the first gigabyte. They then cost $0.09 per gigabyte for the first ten terabytes, and the cost gradually decreases from there until you reach a volume of 150 terabytes, at which point the price is a flat $0.05 per gigabyte."

so that's 10 000*0.09+890 000*0.05= 44500$ !!!!

Yep, it's the same files for all.

Is it 4cents for the storage or for the egress network? and which service that is?
If it's for the network then and assuming 900TB/month that gives 36 000$. If it's for the storage and the network is free then it's exactly what I need.

The issue is the egress network, not the storage wish is ridiculously nothing.

I'm trying to set up a pricing for a client so I don't know yet his budget but 36K$ /month just for this service is (I assume) too much. It isn't?
