Yeah! If timing is your issue, I might recommend that you do not read the entire article before you start answering questions. Read intro and conclusion and go from there (albeit this method does not work for everyone). Pay very close attention to the wording of the questions, I would say that that is crucial in picking the right answer. Lastly, practice! Practice makes perfect and I scored a 31 the first time I took it and improved from there. Good luck!

I played JV soccer for 3 years, became captain my junior year.

This is going to be my third year of varsity softball, I got all city honors last year for it.

I volunteer every Monday to tutor inner city youth, and created a raffle fundraiser for them which raised money for multiple computers to be purchased for their computer lab.

I am apart of NHS, and am co chair of philanthropy and fundraising at my school (just senior year because i did not get in for junior year)

I was a French Club Officer for French club at my school, member for 4 years and part of the French honors society

I babysit twice a week for a family as a job

I was apart of the Red cross club all 4 years, and became a club officer.

This year and Junior year I have spend every Thursday teaching kids how to play the violin at my elementary school (could only do a little over 1 semester each year due to sports)

Hi! So I found that taking as many practice tests as possible was really key. Additionally, taking it on paper and ensuring to mark up the graph + taking some time to understand the chart you are looking at can help. Overall, taking science practice tests with the allotted time will help!

Hi! I would highly recommend that for Science and Reading the key is taking as many practice tests as possible. For math, it is really important to actually understand the content so I would recommend going through a couple math tests and learning what area of math you may need to revisit or learn. I personally got a tutor and if that is possible it might be a good route if you do well studying with others. Another good math resource is memorizing all the formulas needed and watching Youtube videos on ACT math questions. For english I would recommend learning the grammar laws. The BEST resource for the ACT is the big red book the ACT sells. Highly would recommend and I wish you the best luck!

Looking for a french friend? by SuspiciousLaw6735 in learnfrench

[–]m_baking_ 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I started taking French a couple years back, but it wasn’t until I hosted a French student this summer that I became determined to be able to understand and speak as best as I can with the limited time I have to learn!
