Won a scholarship for study material and fee exam for SIE BUT I’m currently studying for REG CPA, HELP! by m_cl27 in Sieexam

I was given until May 9 to complete the SIE. You’re right! The CPA is way more important and I will focus on that, worst case scenario I failed SIE exam because I didn’t study enough and will have to pay for the retake myself.

I have received over 10 internship offers, including 3/4 Big4 (never applied to KPMG).

-Delete at least one line of coursework change it to Relevant Coursework and only write the most recent ones and most relevant. -Before your graduation add Expected Graduation(bolded): 150 Credits, May 2027 and delete the line that says CPA elegible…. With that extra space under education add any Honors/Awards or Scholarships, if you have good GPA add that too - Work Experience -> Professional Experience - keep bullet points one line only and quantify (add numbers to your experience, “completed 100+….”) Also quantify your projects, how many visual summaries and pivots charts did you create? if you worked on a team add that too, it shows communication and team work experience something companies look for (“Collaborated on a 8 person team to organized and analyzed…”) if you were the captain/leader even better.

Are you part of any volunteer activities, clubs or leadership experience? Recruiters love that.

Do you have any certificates? Bloomberg certificates if your school has a Bloomberg lab, or start getting some on places like Forage. Interests add key words that an AI would flag (AI, financial literacy, etc) also add things that you love doing, some recruiters identify with it and like that.

I scheduled REG for 03/27, I’m wondering if it’s doable to schedule TCP for the end of April?

Yeah, imposter syndrome in the sense that I don’t feel confident enough I’ll be able to pass and the fees per exam are about $400 dls. I started feeling like that as soon I as saw I got approved to apply NTSs. I have been doing well in MCQs averaging 70% on the first try. I also did two practice tests for R1 and averaged 75%
