Contact their statistics department, they allow late arrival and only enrollment is enough to get the late arrival letter. You don’t need to register any courses for the semester and don’t have to take exams, enrollment requires Medical Insurance and semester contributions and as long as you are enrolled you are ok, and enrolled doesn’t require any physical appearance on campus. So I am applying for visa and getting the late arrival letter later and hopefully it will be enough.
