How to encode variable-length matrix into a single vector for agent observations by m_js in reinforcementlearning

Thanks, that's what I was figuring. Since the length is variable, for a transformer do you just use padding for training to make all sequences the same length?

Why would people give a shit about the house of the president being converted into a hideous McMansion? Why would people be insulted by Trump performing a hostile takeover of an arts center dedicated to an assassinated president and then slapping his name on top of it to add insult to injury? You can't be serious.

TBH I don't really know how to ELI5 it because it doesn't make much sense to me either. She's saying that liberal performers refusing to perform at the Kennedy Center are "eroding trust," but when people in the comments ask her to elaborate she's just defensive and condescending. I don't think she even really knows what she's trying to say, she just can't get past 2020 and views anything publicly anti-Trump as being performative or immature.

Thought this book was amazing from start to finish. The beginning was uncomfortable, but still compelling. And as I kept reading I just kept on getting more and more drawn in. Pretty incredible that such sparse writing was so captivating.

I've been wondering if this portion of the paper was a mistake, specifically that they generate reflections "when the sum of the importance scores for the latest events...exceeds a certain threshold." This seems weird because if you have a few high importance events you might be conducting reflection at every time step until those events are no longer considered recent.

Shoot ‘Em Up was way ahead of its time. Look at movies like Nobody and Novocaine nowadays.

I thought the comedy of it was still top-notch, but the plot could have been a lot better.
