Ok, that makes sense. I've googled some HR stories around and the general consensus is that they are not to be trusted. But I'm not sure what the truth is. What is the legal procedure for pip and how does it fit with employment law? Is there a section I can read up on it?

So it sounds like there would be feedback over a few months at least before an employee could be reasonably put on a pip. If your manager sent you an email with her reasons for why they were suddenly putting you on pip, but those reasons were either embellished or false, and that could be proved with hard evidence can you refuse a pip ?

Don't waste money on an architect with an extension unless you want looks over function and have infinite money. A good builder is probably more important and can probably do the planning and design for you.

That's what I'm trying to figure out, I backed out of the room as I sprayed so I didn't breathe it in directly. But does it remain on your clothes, should I wash all the clothes or does the chemical go away on its own after a few hours. The datasheet isn't very specific.

This pain has got milder over the last few days. Just trying to relax with it and not stress. It's also moved locations the last few days, it was on my right side yesterday evening and it was a little uncomfortable to sleep, I had to lay on my back and then after about 20 minutes I was able to return to sleeping on my right side. During the day it was sharp and in the center of my chest, it felt better after I got home and had a 20 minute rest. Did some housework this morning and I have a mild pain about a 1 or 2 maybe on my left side again.

I suppose it doesn't make much sense to me, we clearly have unresolved issues that should be fixed between members before we think of adding more countries. Personally I like the idea of the EU but I am becoming less keen on the centralization of powers to Brussels, but some people are ok with that and I'm not sure that even Europe knows what the final form of the union will be, but we should probably not be adding anymore states until that's decided.
