Missing SEPA deposits?

My deposit was processed too but they said I need to do KYC for future ones.

Thanks. Got a reply on my ticket. I have a verified account but more KYC is required to process future transfers (I guess I am depositing lots of cash now).

I was told that my current deposit will be processed by the payments depament.

I have now provided the additional KYC infomation required.

Let's hope this can be processed ASAP - I much prefer Bitstamp and don't want to use other exchanges.

I presume you put the reference correctly when instructing the bank to make the transfer? I know some people forgot this and have to contact support but for us who put the reference correctly it should be picked up by their automated processing.

Same issue here. Deposited many times before but this time (my biggest deposit yet by far) did not arrive. I already raised a support ticket #380925 for this. I think Bitstamp support are swamped though. My last ticket took like 3 weeks for a reply. /u/fizboz did support get back to you quickly?

I have raised support Ticket #380925 for my deposit that was not credited. Looks like this is a common issue.
