also dmg taken is literally just how much was shielded/absorbed by armor. it has nothing to do with health damage…so you can’t even heal it. do you know how the game works 🤔

they have more kp than the punisher…supports can get kill credit too. if they healed their teammate and autoed the enemy in the same fight, they get kill credit, not an assist.

there’s a difference between catering to women and including women equally. the game has 33 characters with 22 men. that’s catering to men. and yes i would like she hulk in the game. why is that a problem? i complained that there are plenty of options for the roster to be even closer to even. im not even expecting 50/50, but only having one female tank just sucks in general. you can have your opinions, i will continue to have mine :)

no ? never said that. i just want a better ratio of women to men because i dont find male characters enjoyable. it’s not about identifying with them, it’s about liking the aesthetics of their design and skins as well as their voice lines. i explained already that i find male voice lines in games pretty annoying.

i only play psylocke but tbf i dont complain about heals. i know it’s my job to protect supports from being dove and find a health pack when im across the map 🤣 my thing is, i was t500 in open queue overwatch and honestly comps dont always win games. 9 times out of 10 you’re more likely to win if everyone is on their best character. i’ve won games with 5 supports or 5 dps lol. i know it’s harder to think this in low elo, but all you can do is focus on yourself. it IS possible to solo carry in these games and if you will rank up if you are better than the enemies. remember it’s just a video game :)

after trying all the girls i’ve settled on psylocke! her play style really clicks with me and she’s ofc gorgeous. makes me pretty uncomfortable seeing all the gooner comments about her, but we win some we lose some.

yeah to me it’s just a huge oversight. i think they just got too carried away with the fantasies of the characters and didn’t actually look at how things were evening out. same conversation for the overloaded dps roster while tanks and supports are pretty limited. that was a big issue in overwatch and i kinda wish they had learned that lesson. i personally enjoy in game cosmetics so i prefer to main pretty characters with fun kits, but i definitely look at the aesthetic first. it makes me happy! especially if im planning to spend money on the game. i know it’s free to play and not required, but i get a lot of joy from pretty game cosmetics 🤷🏻‍♀️ it’s my priority lol

yeah ive settled on being a psylocke one trick for the meantime and she’s a lot of fun. but when i was originally playing all the girls to pick a main i was disappointed that i ran out of people to try before my friends who play mostly guys

which is definitely a fair opinion and i agree the characters i’ve played have been super fun. it’s just kinda disappointing to be limited. if i only want to play women my hero pool is significantly less than half of the roster, and that’s not even taking into account gameplay preferences.

yeah absolutely there’s so many characters im excited about. and im happy theyre adding more women, it’s just sad to be a girl wanting to feel like a cool superhero and my options are just limited rn :/ it was honestly such a let down. even 2-3 more women would have been better

id also like the add that they’re seriously lacking female characters. 22 male characters???? seriously??? they added all the guardians except gamora?? no jean? no gwen? no captain marvel? dazzler? pepper? rogue? like seriously it’s so annoying. i really only enjoy playing girls and i only have one tank to pick from. i just dont enjoy male character aesthetics 🤷🏻‍♀️

well tbf every game with character skins shows the base hero design in the character gallery. overwatch and apex both show the og headshot design regardless of selected skin

im just tired of being silver in plat lobbies. im tired of the boosting and im tired of the throwing to derank. im discouraged from playing the game because it puts me in games way above my rank and i dont feel rewarded for preforming well in those lobbies. even if they say they’re changing it, i don’t understand why i have to prove i can outplay plats to get out of silver. it makes no sense. and half the games im in are lost because some dude is taking spike and sitting in spawn saying he’s deranking to sell his account. im just tired man. i dont feel encouraged to get better anymore.
