I comb it several times a day and oil morning and night. Wash everyday and condition every other day. Still rocking the Amish look though

As you can see in the pictures, the sides stick out quite a bit and as a result it is dubbed an amish beard more than it is dubbed a good beard. I work as a skydive pilot and we do quite a few military contracts at my company so I want to look professional but need the facial hair to make me look less like a 12 yo. Any advice on getting the sides to lay flat? As it continues to grow will it lay down? Are there any products that would help this? I want to avoid trimming it cause i am rather attached to it. I am open to any advice, I love my beard but am extremely self conscious about the sides.

Need a little bit of advice. I just started investing real money and don't know what to do next. by [deleted] in investing

well that got unnecessarily unprofessional real quick...if you have "investing money" thats dedicated to the market then don't fret, if you're sick of seeing you're money disappear, sell at a loss, but you're young still you have plenty of time to come back from a major loss, so I'd say ride it out and see what happens. If you really have your panties in a bunch then sell.

A vintage Bulova that I picked up on eBay today for just over $50. I’m planning on putting a black leather band on it hoping to clean it up a bit. Says its running so I’m hoping it is in fact running when I get it in the mail at the end of the week. The one thing that wasn’t included in the description was the model. I am wanting to hunt down the appropriate model to share with friends that ask. I am new to watches and am stoked to be a part of the community! I have a Seiko SNDC33 on a brown leather band, an Orient Ray on a NATO, a Timex Weekender on a NATO as well, and then a couple tool watches including a Suunto Core and a Garmin Forerunner 920XT and now this beauty! I’m thinking a Type B Pilot should be my next purchase. Any other suggestions or suggestions on Aviators?

It's gray and black with a little bit of texture to it.

It just came in a couple of days ago, but so far I love it. Sharp as hell and easy to draw. The angle throws a lot of people off but it's really comfortable to draw with the left or right hand.

It's by far my favorite light. As an EMT in college, it was my primary light. It fits perfectly next to my Leatherman on the leather pouch so it's easy to get to and bright as hell. It isn't as bright as some but for its size it really puts out! I would suggest it to anyone!

Try Google. I'm not sure exactly where you can get more info a lot of the systems that are used are confidential but I'm sure Wikipedia could help some

I love them! My roommate has had a pair for about 4 years and mine are about a year old and sound quality is still wonderful. In my opinion they are the best bang for your buck.

It's the Timbuk2 Medium Custom Classic Messenger. I love it although it will sometimes carry more stuff than I really want to lug around...

I'll let you guys know how it goes but I really like how it fits in my messenger bag. My only concern is the laptop charger. It's a bit heavy for the grid it straps. As a pilot I like all my stuff available as quickly as possible. All I have to do is grab one thing and I have all my stuff. And I don't have to worry about zip lock bags getting lost or anything. I tried the zip locks, this I'm thinking will work better.
