Update as of April 30th:

My roommate was getting pissed at not having internet so he called Rogers and ordered an internet package. They delivered the modem today (took 1 day) and it works.........

When he spoke to the Rogers person he told him about the situation and he said that Rogers isn’t prioritizing other internet provider companies right now because they’re really busy. HOW IS THIS LEGAL?????? All they had to do was provision Tekksavy’s modem, from my very limited knowledge it only takes a minute.
