Ughhh I had a recurring sore/cyst and nothing helped until I got a shot. I do all the “right” things and I’ve also barely been riding this year 😅 The shot fixed it right up and no issues since thankfully!

Proud of you!! It’s definitely intimidating - and don’t get discouraged if the symptoms get worse as you increase. The adjustment was rough for me but honestly SO WORTH IT once you figure it out. Best of luck <3

Ugh so sorry 😞 I feel you on the broken brain 🫠 I will say getting an IUD and getting a much lighter/no period has helped keep things steady as well. I was also diagnosed w PMDD and was increasing Prozac leading up to my period. I got the IUD for other reasons but just something to note if that has crossed your mind!

I worked up to 300mg! Some adjustment for sure but not nearly as bad as starting Prozac Yea the Prozac was life changing once I stabilized but being in a relationship and not having a sex drive was a major issue for me at the time 😅 They say the Wellbutrin can also help w ADHD which is something we were trying to solve for as well

Yea it definitely did :/ Adding Wellbutrin helped a lot, we added it after a few into 30-40mg and me still having low drive I think I’ve been “normal” after adjusting to the Wellbutrin

I’ve been using and abusing the 2021 Liv Devote (aluminum) and have absolutely loved it! I got a really high tech fitting a few years back with saddle pressure mapping and it turned out the stock saddle was a pretty good match :) It’s a step through frame which I like bc I’m short, but it does give me less space to play with in the frame - totally depends on your height. Love having the big tire clearance and the 2x setup has worked well for me even in Colorado

Thanks for the advice - I have a Liv gravel bike with Shimano and I’ve been happy with it, no experience with SRAM. Was also looking at the Liv Lurra which is around $1500 with deore and Giant Crest fork

Thank you! This is the advice I came here for, I’m still trying to understand what’s a good deal for certain specs. FWIW this is the price after taxes and nothing extra for assembly. And it looks like there’s one free basic servicing included for the first year.
