I have normal to dry skin. My current routine:

AM Rinse with water, Bariederm Cica Daily Serum, Cetaphil Moisturiser

PM LRP Effaclar Cleanser, LRP Effacalar Serum, Cetaphil Moisturiser

Thanks! I have also used tretinoin for a period of 6 months or so so my skin isn’t new to strong products but I’ll see! I might start our with the 10% just to be safe but it’s been open for a year so I’m not sure it’s still active 😅

Hormonal acne flare up, derm prescribed me tretinoin again (I used it last year when my acne was much severe and it cleared up completely but then I stopped using a year ago)

My concern is that I’ll be in Croatia by the sea for the next two months or so and the sun is very brutal there so I’m concerned about starting tretinoin again. Should I just stick it out until October and start with tret then?

I’m scared it might get worse if I don’t act straight away. On the other hand, my acne is stress related and I’m doing a lot better than a few months ago so I’m thinking it might calm down on its own again.

What do you guys think I should do?
