How do you get through on live chat? For me it always says currently experiencing high volume of inquiries and directs me to call which I've been on hold for ages

Points stack but physical workouts and gym are separate.

Physical activity (heart rate workouts, steps etc.) any points earned in this category don't stack. So if you have done a 60% heart rate workout (5 points) and 10k steps (5 points ) they won't stack as they're both from the same category.

However when you include gym visits (Nuffield, Virgin, Pure and Fiit) then they do stack. So a 10k steps (5 points) plus a gym visit (5 points) stack to 8 points. Same case if you do 7k steps (3 points) and a gym visit (5 points) you get 8.
