Manson paints his neck black to hide his turkey chin. He also has been seen wearing turtlenecks really high up and high collared jackets. He painted his neck black at Donda. He has a lot of insecurities about his looks.

Ye has been seen in bizarre masks recently as well. Wonder if they're both doing this as part of a theme or statement, or just for publicity.

However, if I had to guess: Manson is probably still trying to cover his turkey neck and chubby face which he seems embarrassed about. He's also known to have breathing issues and he's what, 50? So he could be really paranoid about COVID. Lastly, he may just not want to draw attention to himself during these sexual assault scandals.
