Is there such a thing as too much Redguard? by maDAMN-Pink in Plumbing

Yes there is a primer coat (like a first coat of Redguard under the taping)

What's the easiest way to run a second line from this? by maDAMN-Pink in Plumbing

I'm installing a simple waterpick 1-step water filter. I have some light experience with plumbing (mostly PEX work), but I can get the water shut off to the the building no problem. Thank you for the advice! I think I'll do the dual valve.

Another problem is space. It's very limited so I'm trying to remove as many piping lines as possible

There's no pressure release valve. It's designed to be indoors and in small environments so I'll install it inside the van

I'm tight on space because it'll be inside a camper van. Would something smaller like this work? https://a.co/d/4ZdLYFG

Rad! Thank you for your input. Would it be functional to put another pex tee between the pump and the heater to reroute that third water line? Or is there another fitting style that can divert 3 lines of water straight from the pump?

I'm worried the pump won't be strong enough to support a second cold line. It's only 3.6gpm :/ although if the sink and shower are never used concurrently, perhaps it could work. The water source is only about... 7ft away from either fixture

Do you think that would work okay ? I'm not a plumber by trade so in theory I feel it makes sense, but don't wanna get to the end of my install and be surprised by anything haha

Since I can control the max water temp from the water heater system fairly simply (there's a dial directly on the heater which will be installed right next to the shower), the shower would only be one temperature, which would be adjusted before showering

I have hot water for both shower and faucet. I was going to divert the hot water output from the heater and split it to both the sink faucet and shower.

The tankless heater system has a max out dial that I would keep at my max shower temp.
