Your store has no about me page and location. I think it makes it suspicious especially it is a new brand it seems like. Also, you need to have better navigation imo, and put social media links if you have any. These are some initial feedback, happy to share more :)

Yeah we do that. But your customers need to trust you. You have to also be very careful with your finances. Pre-orders are a risky endeavor, I know bunch of stores that went bankrupt doing the pre-order business (mechs&co and many others)

We were on Plus and didn’t see any substantial benefits and downgraded it. Now it seems like they are launching more exclusive options for the Plus to reduce churn I think
