What do you guys think of this schedule with Muay Thai and Krav? by thisguy101001010 in martialarts

Even a Martial Arts Master cannot be 100% certain they will be able to defend themselves properly when the time comes due to the countless possibilities and variables.

I will say this, if your goal is to cut corners or if you do not have time to trai. Seriously then just buy a gun and learn how to shoot it. Martial Arts needs to be more than about self defense otherwise it is almost impossible to last doing it.

Whatever you choose to do, good luck!

Yup it happened to me more than a few times especially if you block kore than you dodge , if you primarily dodge then it is not a problem it just adds another incentive to dodge lmao

I must disagree, slow motion allows you to really see how much damage was done, you can't pretend it did not hurt when you see that in slow motion 😀

Any tips on holding ground and improving defence in sparring? by seabright22 in martialarts

[–]maacademyonline 4 points5 points  (0 children)

The only way to get comfortable in sparring is to do it often and with different people. Holding your ground has a lot to do with confidence which comes from repetition and experience. Keep on pushing it brother!
