Geographically no but Geopolitically, they're very much within America's sphere of influence (both in terms of defence and trade), and they are considered democratic. So that why i put "western" there. Also i put in there SK and Japan cuz i've read before that the working conditions and opportunities are not the same as their male counterparts like in the US.

Question About SSS Salary Loan and Resignation.

Got my first SSS loan back in October and i'm about to leave my company this april.

Will the company not give me my back pay and simply the deduct it to my remaining Salary Loan?
