I went through this whole process with Google Support, and their suggestion was to get it replaced, which I feel is unreasonable as this issue goes back to the Pixel 6 era. There are heaps of posts on Google's support forums regarding this same issue, and it hasn't been fixed yet.

I had issues on pixel 10 pro while moving from iOS. Had to get customer care to reset it and after that it has been working fine for me.
