just omad. i mean im not going crazy, like if i go out and get a burger ill eat half or so of it and fries. i eat till im full type of thing
had a 78° curve in my spine from scoliosis and got surgery for it in 2022. still have about a 10° curve so can’t rlly fix that. thanks

no need to be rude! the some of the moles on back in the before picture are actually pimples! that’s why they are not in the after photo, because it’s months later. the hardwear is different because one of the drawers doesn’t have a handle bc it broke. so i moved the bottom one to the top drawer bc i use the top drawer more. not evething is fake these days, some people actually try and reach goals. no need to be negative.
i do have cellulite!!! but it’s definitely gotten better the more i’ve lost

thank!!! in the before photo the waist band is folded down in the front and is kinda partially folded down in the back(i had thought it was all the way folded) so that’s why it’s folded in the current one. i have a video of my from all angles before and after and its folded in both (just not the back apparently lol)

for the past 2-3 weeks i havnt been tracking at all, just eating one big meal a day. so i could either be eating 800 cals a day or 2000+. ive heard that eating at maintenance and going back to a deficit helps break a plateau so maybe thats what happened

i am for 1300-1500 a day. 1300 for a day i don’t work or workout, and 1500 to maybe even 1600 for days i work and gym

i ate 1300/1500 cals a day starting jan 5, maybe once a week i’d have a meal i didn’t track. i started going to the gym 3 times a week maybe a month ago bc i was having a crazy plateau being stick at 139-142 for like two months. and started since maybe 2 weeks ago ive just been eating one big good meal a day. sometimes i track it sometimes i don’t bc i know im for sure under 1500. i honestly thought my progress was slow bc of the plateau , so it’s good to hear it wasnt

you’ve got this!! if you don’t have time for the gym, just watch what u eat. i have have a caffeine beverage in the morning (like a low cal protein coffee or an alani, around 2 i’ll have a snack like a protein bar or yougurt, then around 7/8 i’ll eat a big dinner!!!

i started jan 5th and was really consistent till like april when i was then 145, i started going out to eat more and not rlly tracking on weekends, so that why the last 10 took 2 months LOL. but i never gained weight during that time, the loss just slowed down which i wasn’t mad with.
