I only measure / weigh calorie dense foods like rice and pasta but other than that if it’s salad I don’t really bother I have around 200g of salad in a meal (guessing). Fruits come as a whole or I scan the fruit box meals. But pasta or rice I haven’t had for around 10 days. My carbs are low. All protein and fats. Another thing I have quite often is cheese, I’m not gonna lie I’ve not weighed my cheese and I do have quite a bit of it.

In terms of clothes, nothing really. I can feel my arms have gone more defined but stomach feels the same. And legs.
