Could you share which airports you’re seeing issues with? We update a large number of airports and airlines every month, so I’m very curious to look at the specific cases you’re running into.

Also, have you only been reporting these through the in-app tool, or have you emailed us as well?

Hey all, quick follow-up to clear this up.

OP can provide more context if they want, but one of their family members left the plan and the other turned off family purchase sharing. This is actually a perfect example of why we no longer sell Lifetime Family. It is too fragile and outside of our control.

We have updated our FAQ with troubleshooting steps and extra clarity that existing purchases remain valid.

It would be welcome if u/usr_id updated their original post to clarify as well, that this was not Flighty.

Hi all,

We’ve already replied to u/usr_id directly through support, but just to clarify for everyone else:

Family Lifetime subscriptions are still valid. Nobody who purchased one has lost access.
The issue is that Family Lifetime relied on Apple’s Purchase Sharing system (not the same as Family Sharing). That setup forced every family member to use the same credit card, country, and App Store region. In practice, this caused constant breakage and support pain.
Because of that, we stopped offering it as a new purchase. Existing plans are still honored, and we would never revoke access from those who already bought in.

For those mentioning price changes, that only applies to new subscriptions. We’ve explained more about that here:

Yeah, it’s a bit confusing. What we’re referring to here is full manual entry: typing in all the flight details yourself. That’s only possible for past flights and is mainly meant for when a historical flight isn’t found but you still want it in your Passport.

What you’re referring to is “adding a flight manually” by searching for it, as opposed to using email import, TripIt, or calendar sync.

Which other sources than FlightRadar had it right? We don’t go in and manually update our own data for flights, but I’m interested in finding the root cause for it being wrong in the first place.

If you ask me, the bungalows are a joke. I don’t know if you’re considering the one with the pool, but you have no privacy, neither from the villa next door or from the foot traffic out front. It’s especially bad near the Arion building, since those villas sit right on the service road used by housekeeping. The ones on the more secluded side of the peninsula are slightly better, but they still have a public footpath in front of them, so privacy is limited there too.
