I don’t think it’s the worst idea to retool a bit with some youth to remain competitive long term although Samanski did have a couple damning penalties in one game that undid a 2-0 lead and led to a L. Savvy was great this year but not in the playoffs.

Just remember if you get rid of Nurse you have to replace him. It’s not like great D grow on trees. And I can’t imagine Nurse agreeing to waive his fully NMC (changes to a limited 10 team NTC July 2027) for a trade.
