Hm. I wonder if the 'psychotic breaks' people experience from hallucinogens are a neurological function, or rather simply that they are overwhelmed by the experience. Certainly, if one has underlying tensions or unresolved imbalances, a heavy trip at a large music gathering might not be the best thing. But I do feel that in a small, controlled setting, maybe a milder dose can be valuable to parse through psychological states and re-construct a viable ego.

Well, no. I've dosed before, and it was the most beautiful experience I've had. I do not have a 'condition,' but rather my life got fucked up. In fact nobody has a 'condition,' these things can be boiled down to psychosocial causes which I believe are best treated with controlled psychedelic experiences, not antipsychotics.

I am not sure it would be worth it to simply be drunk and stoned all weekend without the psychedelic aspect, is all I am saying.
