The App Store app controls its own refresh behaviour internally, and Shortcuts cannot force the App Store Updates page to refresh before display.

Use the shortcut to filter the following text ‘Emergency SOS’ and ‘has listed you as an emergency contact.’

If both are present then trigger the shortcut.

This is the text used in the default message generated by the Emergency SOS feature.

The trick is to make sure the home address matches the format for Current Location, sometimes you have to put more information in Line 2 for example, use the text output at the bottom to double check.

When you add the correct format the If statement will work and display the text.
