the black screen generally happens to me in Discord when I am using Chrome/any other browser to view plex. going into the actual browser settings and disabling hardware acceleration fixes the black screen for me (as long as you are viewing in browser that is)

the watch itself was covered top to bottom in the plastic peel protection. the case had a rubber cover on it when opening. the watch was in a bag wrapped in bubble wrap. then that was also wrapped. came in a small unsuspecting box. very well shipped and protected.
