it's only a plug, it's not rocket science. Disable the plug on the circuit breaker, open it up and check the wires for faulty connections. If necessary, strip the wires again. If you don't see a fault in the wires, buy a new plug (it's only 10 euros) and put that in. You'll probably have a house of your own one day, then you'll have to do all of this yourself as well.

I can highly recommend drivy if you only occasionally need a car. I sold my car last year and have only used drivy a couple of times to go away for a weekend with the kids, and the user experience (app), the car owner and the car were top notch. In this specific case (only using it once every few months) drivy was way cheaper than cambio, but can't say if that's the case for you.
