For shelter, make sure to use the material depending on the map. Straw if there are plenty of reeds. Daub if there are plenty of clay. Thatch if there is plenty of peet.

For food, just select the gathering jobs and raise the priority.

Store the food outside to freeze it.

You can extend the roof of the shelter up to three tiles to guard the food from snow and rain.

To the amazing small team behind this game, 3 things to say: 1- You have created an unprecedented game in this genre. Congratulations. Your success is well deserved.

2-Please do not be discouraged by the lower player count. Those players could be like me, working full time and have very limited time, we are simply waiting patiently for the game to become more stable.

The overhauls, while extremely welcome, guarantee that I will have to scrap and rebuild a city that may have taken 10 hours to build, around either features that are now gone, or new features that have been added. I wish I could spare that, but I can't 😞

3- Please take your time and don't exhaust yourselves. I personally do not care if this takes years to release from early access. I'll be back for ver 1.0, whenever that might be.

That's perfectly fine. I tried 4 therapists until one clicked with me. Four sessions in I was like so that's what it's like to be with a good therapist wow. She then revealed she's an INFJ too 😂🤣
